As you can see in your files, this is our third trip with you and we found so many strange inconveniences, especially when you have a point of comparison. My family just enjoyed the boat that day because we had no plans to get off in the Bahamas to enjoy together the next day at Disney's Castaway Key. Inside the boat, the communication that was transmitted to everyone was that the boat had presented some problems that were going to be solved soon. For us that was not a problem because if you check your records we did not disembark at the place because we had no plans except for the next day. The problems began when at dawn on the 29th we saw that we had not yet reached the Bahamas. My room was 7538 and we traveled between April 28 and May 1. Through social networks we enthusiastically follow how the construction of the boat went, we explored places together and several months in advance we paid quite a high price so that my daughter Sophia could enjoy her 6th birthday. Good morning, after almost a week of rest after my long-awaited trip on Disney Wish, I feel the same desire to express my frustration and desire for a response from you after an unpleasant incident that we suffered on board your newest ship. You can get a better experience for less money.… I would recommend another ship for anyone looking to cruise. With so many strollers this boat was not very handicap accessible.

The design of the boat is awful! There are only 2 elevator banks and the floor buttons are heat sensored so when full of people it stops at every floor. The A/C wasn't working in certain areas of the boat, pools closed often, slide broken, and wifi glitchy. For being a brand new boat and being so expensive, we expected A LOT more! The ship broke down and we were not refunded any money, besides an on board $100 credit PER ROOM ($25/person). They skipped the rest of the trip and sent the boat straight back to port in Florida only to board the next group of cruisers on immediately knowing the boat was experiencing "mechanical issues". The ship was 4 hours late in Nassau (had engine problems) and broke down in port.
